Balanced Obedience Training Agreement – 6-Week Program

Program Overview

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the 6-week Balanced Obedience Program offered by Cora’s Canine Solutions.

  • Program Duration: 6 Weeks

  • Session Frequency: 2 sessions per week (12 sessions total)

  • Total Cost: $600.00 USD

  • Training Style: Balanced Obedience Training (a combination of positive reinforcement and appropriate corrections)

Terms & Conditions

1. Training Commitment

Client agrees to participate in the full 6-week training program and to reinforce training methods between sessions to ensure success.

2. Scheduling

Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times, twice per week, and must be completed within an 8-week maximum window. Any missed session without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made and the training program has commenced. This includes missed sessions, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with training progress. Cora’s Canine Solutions is committed to client support and results but cannot guarantee outcomes due to variability in individual dog behavior and owner follow-through.

4. Dog Health & Behavior Disclosure

Client confirms that the dog is in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free from any known aggressive behavior unless disclosed in writing prior to the program start.

5. Liability Waiver

Client releases Cora’s Canine Solutions and its trainer(s) from any liability arising from training activities, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or behavioral changes.

6. Photography & Marketing

Client authorizes the use of photos or videos taken during training for marketing or educational purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, the client agrees to the terms outlined above and commits to participating in the full 6-week Balanced Obedience Program.
